The Manager, Business Process Design provides professional and operational management for a global team of Business Process Analysts. This role is responsible for supporting new or existing client projects and internal projects, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budget parameters. As a key member of the management team, this individual sets and increases the standards for global program process enhancements and serves as a subject matter expert in global process design.

This team is project based implementing brand new total talent solution accounts. Operational MSP knowledge is essential for the kinds of projects you will be working on. This role combines personnel management with individual contribution on high-visibility, client-facing projects. The Manager leads and mentors a global team, working closely with Implementation Project Managers to obtain, document, and validate in-scope business processes.

Additionally, the role is responsible for contributing to or leading the development and delivery of training materials related to sophisticated business processes for both internal teams and global client stakeholders.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Business Process Analysts globally, providing constructive feedback and training to ensure continual growth and development.
  • Serve as a primary business process subject matter expert, providing strategic planning, guidance and expertise to other project personnel on high-visibility projects.
  • Drive the creation, refinement, and implementation of global process documentation templates and best practices to improve team efficiency and quality.
  • Lead client-facing requirements gathering sessions for strategic accounts, working closely with client executives to document complex business processes.
  • Mastery of mapping out complex business processes using automated tools such as Visio, Lucidcharts, or ARIS.
  • Produce process documentation including global standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training content for large-scale deployment.
  • Ensure team members meet all deliverables within given timelines while proactively recognizing and mitigating risks.
  • People Manager Experience.
  • Proven experience of successfully developing and implementing projects.
  • Proven ability to balance refining a long-term strategy while ensuring the short-term deliverables are being managed within a fast-paced, multiple-priority environment.
