Job Title: Internal Communications Manager
Location: London (50% Hybrid working)
Length of Contract: 9 Month FTC
Salary: £45-55k PA

Overview
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications professional who would be interested in joining a dynamic integration period of the UK's leading insurance company.
As Integration Internal Communications Manager, you’ll be play an important role delivering internal communications to support the integration of a recent merger. You’ll be experienced in internal communications, making sure we communicate to colleagues brilliantly with care and thoughtfulness to bring all teams along on this exciting journey.
Responsibilities
- You'll report to the Head of General Insurance and Integration Internal Communications and work closely with Senior IC Integration Managers, Group/UK General Insurance (UKGI) IC team, UKGI business and People teams to make sure all internal stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned with the programme's objectives.
- Working part of a team dedicated to the IC Integration workstream, you’ll be focused on managing the plan of activities that engage colleagues to become powerful advocates of our strategy, purpose, values, business and brand.
- You'll be a brilliant team player, making sure that the work you and the team do delivers a seamless transition, making sense for new colleagues and is tailored as necessary for all audiences. That's everything from content and campaigns; organisational change; through to engagement and leadership communications from before day 1 and beyond.
- Keeping colleagues respectfully informed, supporting leaders and putting two-way channels in place to create transparency and build trust will be essential.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
- Have 5 years plus experience in internal communications, preferably including business transformation
- Have direct experience of, and comfort working with senior leadership
- Be an energetic, positive and a welcome addition to every room
- Be highly organised, delivery focused, adept at managing multiple projects and adaptable to changing stakeholder needs
- Have an exceptional eye for detail and high-quality standards
