Overview
Supporting the Integration Director, we are looking for a skilled communications/engagement professional to shape and lead communication and engagement initiatives, helping to create a sense of alignment, common purpose and shared identity across the multiple integration workstreams. You’ll provide expert guidance, develop high-impact content, and coordinate cross-functional campaigns while ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
The role involves identifying opportunities and risks, and building strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll also contribute thought leadership and help deliver positive outcomes through clear, effective communication and engagement.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Have a wealth of experience in internal communications/engagement
- Previous experience of supporting successful business change and/or integration programmes engagement campaigns, overseeing a best-in class channel mix, including digital channels
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills, a desire and ability to be a self starter and be a collaborative team player with humility and consistently brings energy, positivity and a welcoming presence to every setting.
- Direct experience of, and comfort working into senior leadership. Be highly skilled in providing advice to senior business leaders and adept at building trust quickly and retaining it over time
- Be highly organised, adept at managing multiple stakeholders, and have an exceptional eye for detail
