As a Power BI Developer based at our Hull Blade Factory, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-impact reporting solutions. You will transform complex data from various sources into actionable insights, supporting the business in maintaining KPI consistency and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Report Development: Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards using SQL databases, dataflows, SharePoint, and APIs.
- Data Modelling: Build and maintain robust, scalable data models to support efficient business reporting.
- KPI Management: Manage and maintain KPI scorecards, ensuring strategic alignment across all business levels.
- Standardisation: Ensure all reports follow agreed design principles, data quality standards, and consistent formatting.
- Maintenance: Monitor existing reports, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visualisations.
About You
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX and complex data modelling.
- Data Handling: Proven experience with ETL processes and multiple data sources (SQL, Dataflows, Excel, APIs).
- Design: Ability to create clear, user-friendly, and aesthetic dashboards.
- Attention to Detail: A high focus on data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder management.
- Desirable: Prior experience managing KPI frameworks or scorecards.
