We are looking for a strategic, client-facing Early Careers Lead to join our global RPO leadership team and partner with a leading, multinational IT infrastructure services provider, Kyndryl, to design, develop, and deliver their Global Early Careers strategy. This role is critical to shaping how the client attracts, engages, hires, and nurtures emerging talent - including graduates, interns, apprentices etc - across multiple geographies, with India, Japan, US, EMEA as a key focus market.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Early Careers Talent Advisors who deliver hiring outcomes across all global regions, while also acting as a trusted advisor to the client on long-term early careers strategy aligned to evolving business needs. As the Early Careers Lead, you will bring innovation, structure, and thought leadership to help the client build a future-fit workforce. You'll partner closely with senior client stakeholders, collaborate across Randstad Sourceright delivery and sourcing teams, and ensure an exceptional, consistent early talent experience globally.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy & Consulting: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders on Early Careers programs, including attraction, selection, onboarding, and development.
- Lead the design, evolution, and governance of global early careers frameworks, program structures, and talent journeys aligned to the client's business priorities, workforce plans, and DEI ambitions.
- Provide market insight and thought leadership on early talent trends, helping shape long-term strategy and future workforce planning.
- Drive employer branding, engagement, and outreach strategies to position the client as an employer of choice for early talent, both on-campus and off-campus.
- Lead and develop a global team of Early Careers Talent Advisors, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Partner closely with sourcing, talent marketing, and operations teams to align pipelining strategies, student engagement activity, and university or partner relationships.
- Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate journey from attraction through hire and onboarding.
- Introduce and embed best practices, tools, and technology to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve outcomes and innovate across early talent hiring models.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics across early careers recruitment, using data to drive insight and continuous improvement.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client HR, TA leaders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders involved in early careers globally.
- Deliver regular insights, reporting, and market intelligence to support informed decision-making.
- Build strong, trusted relationships that position Randstad Sourceright as a strategic partner rather than a transactional provider.
- Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across regions to ensure consistency, scalability, and best-practice adoption.
- Proven experience in Early Careers / Graduate / Emerging Talent recruitment is essential - ideally in a strategic or leadership role.
- Experience delivering or supporting RPO programs or in-house recruitment teams within complex global environments.
- Demonstrated ability to advise, influence, and partner with senior HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to operate at executive level.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and delivery-focused, with a strong eye for quality and detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage but not essential.
- Experience managing multiple regions or global programs is highly desirable.
