Overview

Expert Talent Advisor - Sky Account. Location: Osterley, London (3 days per week in office). Supporting corporate functions for the Sky account with a focus on HR, Commercial Finance, and Legal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with demanding hiring communities.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, understanding how to navigate and work effectively with various business areas.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build credibility within the organisation through your expertise and effective recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to advise on effective hiring strategies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with Sky's business goals.
  • Collaborate with our Sourcing Partners on external hires.

About you

We are looking for an individual with a proven background in recruiting for corporate functions. Ideally, you will also possess:

  • Experience with an element of finance recruitment, as this will greatly assist in engaging with the business units.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across diverse business areas to drive strategic initiatives and deliver operational excellence.
  • A collaborative spirit and a desire to be part of a supportive team where people enjoy their work and rarely leave.
