Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Global Partnering & Performance Manager, on behalf of a well known FMCG food manufacturing company.
Job Role
This role is accountable for performance managing the MGS Commercial roadmap and responsible for building best practices and benchmarks into our strategy and execution. This role is critical to drive change through upskilling capabilities on People, Process, Tools and Systems to ensure the commercial function delivers high performance on a consistent basis.
The role is responsible for:
- You oversee the entire Commercial Performance program, implementing a rolling three year transformation roadmap including functional effectiveness, Procurement scorecard and Productivity Governance to steer the team to ensure results delivery year on year
- You contribute strongly to the development, communication & implementation of the team’s performance goals and strategies
- You lead the development & delivery of MGS Commercial Performance Excellence objectives & strategy ensuring the alignment to the segment needs and the team’s overall objectives and strategies delivering through the network of Partnering & Performance leaders in regional & category teams
- You are accountable for the delivery of the agreed business financial objectives and key performance indicators
- You provide a connection point between the global leadership team and the sourcing teams to provide visibility of performance, identify opportunities & risks, and escalate issues where appropriate
- You ensure that all the procurement team is giving the right level of support, adoption and responsiveness on procurement effectiveness related aspects; and ensure activities are appropriately resourced
- You develop simplified & standardized templates, tools and processes for deployment across the segments that enhances overall performance and flexes to meet varying stakeholder needs across the organization.
Requirements for this position:
- Extensive experience in Procurement related fields, experience in Indirects is an advantage
- In-depth understanding of procurement fundamentals & strategic sourcing is required
- Proven results in category management and building commercial capabilities (tools, process, systems)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrable leadership ability of planning, managing and delivering complex projects at a cross-functional or enterprise-wide level
- Strong change management credentials, ability to develop a compelling vision & execute the strategy with excellence
