The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The Talent Access Partner will be a critical part of the account leadership, with full ownership of talent access for their assigned accounts. You will work closely with both external senior client stakeholders and internal Client Service Directors (CSDs) to define hiring demand and shape solutions. Additionally, you will play an advisory role, helping the client understand the opportunity and impact of talent access. You will drive delivery expectations and priorities across Talent Intelligence, Talent Marketing, and Sourcing.

Key Activities:

  • Strategy and Planning: Be the strategic point of contact for all talent access initiatives. Collaborate with client stakeholders and CSDs to translate hiring demand forecasts into scalable sourcing strategies. Identify and predict talent access challenges and opportunities. Partner with Talent Marketing to define go-to-market strategies and with GBS Sourcing Leads to build sourcing models.
  • Executional Leadership: Provide direction, prioritisation, and strategic oversight across teams. You will be the voice of talent access in client meetings and strategic planning sessions.
  • Building Capabilities: Mentor and coach team members. Support performance evaluations, development planning, and succession planning.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyse global talent access performance and identify gaps and opportunities. Present performance metrics and analysis to clients and leadership.

Key Expertise:

  • A strategic leader with talent acquisition at their core.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills to build trusted relationships with clients and internally.
  • The ability to influence, guide, and develop teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Deep understanding of all talent access functions: intelligence, talent marketing, and sourcing.
  • Background in sourcing, recruitment, talent marketing, employer branding, or market intelligence is likely.
  • High-level understanding of recruitment processes within MSP, RPO, or agency is essential.
  • Strong rigor in running end-to-end programs and projects.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in creating well-written and designed presentations using Google suite is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in recruitment processes and talent attraction.
  • University (Bachelor's) degree and/or equivalent career experience.
