Overview
Randstad are looking for a People Change Partner to provide specialist end-to-end change consultancy support for both business-as-usual and ad-hoc transformations. This role partners with senior leaders to plan, inform, and smoothly execute people change and transformation activities. The role requires a proactive approach to developing consistent people solutions that can be applied broadly. While primarily an individual contributor, success relies on collaboration with various centres of excellence and effective stakeholder management to influence agendas and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist end-to-end change consultancy support for business-as-usual and ad-hoc transformations.
- Partner with senior leaders to plan, inform, and smoothly execute people change and transformation activities.
- Lead people change projects from concept through implementation, including organizational design.
- Drive the roll-out of specific People initiatives across the organization, ensuring a consistent approach.
- Develop people solutions that can be applied consistently and repeatedly across different business units or functions.
- Manage financial budgets aligned to specific change projects, including external spend.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in People Change, Organisational Design, Culture, Performance, Talent, Learning, and Leadership, delivering local solutions based on Group frameworks.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and planning skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work at pace and with energy, and adaptable to changing demands.
- Ability to flex style and influence a variety of different stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority.
- Ability to challenge and positively influence others at all levels, and resilient to resistance from stakeholders.
- Good business acumen, coupled with project management/facilitation skills.
