about the job Randstad Risesmart is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Director to join the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers particularly senior HR professionals, and driving revenue growth.

You will focus on securing complex deals with large organisations (10,000+ employees) by offering a range of innovative talent solutions with a particular focus on outplacement, career transition and coaching.

Location: UK Language : English what you will do Identify, network, and target large organisations to establish new client acquisitions.

Build relationships with C-suite executives in HR and Talent Management.

Create and execute sales plans to achieve annual targets.

Develop creative solutions and proposals aligned with pricing strategies.

Focus on the outplacement, career transition and career coaching opportunities Plan and execute marketing activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with global strategies.

Drive cross-selling activities across different business units.

Negotiate contracts and ensure commercial viability.

Utilise Salesforce. com and other sales technologies effectively. skills you will need Proven track record of success in sales within the HR services, career transition / coaching or outplacement industry.

Strong network of C-suite contacts in HR and Talent.

Experience closing deals with large organisations.

Consistent achievement of sales targets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
