Position:Talent Advisor
Location:Hybrid - Work from home with on-site requirements weekly in Birmingham
Client:Leading technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare
Your Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

Craft Future proof Talent Strategies:Utilise your market knowledge to design innovative MSP recruitment solutions.

Vendor Management:Drive vendor management across various roles, ensuring top-tier client service and expert advice.

Technology and Insights:Leverage technology (fieldglass) and analytics to tailor recruitment solutions based on specific requirements.

Stakeholder Management:Be the first point of contact for managers and suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Problem-Solving:Use your initiative to resolve queries and find effective solutions.
Expectations:

Deliver high-class client service and expert recruitment advice.

Tailor recruitment solutions using your MSP recruitment knowledge.

Thrive on building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

Demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Hire blue collar/ and white collar profiles.

Technically capable with working experience of Fieldglass or Beeline
