We are thrilled to be supporting a large global manufacturer in their search for dedicated operators to join their team in Smethwick. Location: Smethwick (B66).

Pay Rate: £16.27 per hour.

The Shift Pattern:

  • Monday - Thursday 6am -2pm
  • Friday 6am -1pm
  • Following week Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm
  • Friday 1pm-8pm

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles to keep the supply chain moving.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to Health and Safety processes.
  • Meeting high quality standards and customer demands in a timely manner.

What You'll Need:

  • A valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
  • Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
