Overview
Account Specialist - 2 x 25 hour roles (5 hours per day) Monday - Friday. Working hours per day are flexible being 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm and the other to cover 12pm-5pm or 1pm-6pm.
Working locations: Abbott Witney, with occasional travel to Abingdon. Abbott Maidenhead, occasional travel may be required to Witney, Abingdon or Central London. These are both site based roles!
Responsibilities
- Worker engagement activity (up-to 150 temp staff)
- Face to face client service and engagement meetings
- Worker surgeries
- Conducting new starter and regular formal check-ins
- Monitoring email and phone communications and acting accordingly
- Managing ER cases
- VMS and administrative actions including supporting the recruitment function and ongoing live assessment maintenance
