Responsibilities:

  • Innovate: Work on high-precision fixtures using state-of-the-art MIG equipment.
  • Deliver quality: Work to tight tolerances where every weld matters for global safety.
  • Collaborate: Use overhead cranes and jigs in a flow-based environment that keeps things moving efficiently.
  • Protect: Lead by example with a safety-first mindset that keeps you and your team-mates safe.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Welding (or equivalent).
  • Solid experience in a MIG welding environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work rotating shifts.
  • Ready to pass a trade test and prove your precision.

Shift patterns:

  • Days: Monday – Thursday, 06:45 – 15:00. Friday, 06:45 – 12:45
  • Back shift: Monday – Thursday, 14:45 – 11:00. Friday, 10:45 – 16:45
  • Night shift: Monday – Thursday, 22:45 – 07:00. Friday, 16:30 – 22:30

Shift rates:

  • Day Shift: £18.98 per hour
  • Afternoon Shift: £22.78 per hour
  • Night Shift: £24.10 per hour

Overtime:

  • 1.5 (Mon-Sat): £28.47 per hour
  • 2 (Sundays): £37.96 per hour
