We are thrilled to be supporting a large global manufacturer in their search for dedicated operators to join their team in Smethwick. Pay Rate: £16.27 per hour.
The Shift Pattern:
- Monday - Thursday 6am - 2pm
- Friday 6am - 1pm
- Following week Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm
- Friday 1pm - 8pm
Your Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles to keep the supply chain moving.
- Maintaining strict adherence to Health and Safety processes.
- Meeting high quality standards and customer demands in a timely manner.
What You'll Need:
- A valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
