Responsibilities
- Cover powder coat process when required
- Paint all parts to high standards on a moving line at 13 ft per minute
- Change equipment according to standardised work requirements
- Rework rejected parts to high quality standards
- Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and stored within H&S requirements
- Adhere to the company’s Health & Safety policy and safe working practices
- Adhere to company values: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, Teamwork
Requirements
- Familiarity with the functionality of spray systems
- Knowledge of different paint types
- Knowledge of MSDS and COSHH systems
- Ability to change equipment (e.g., tips and filters)
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a flexible attitude
- Effective communication skills across various levels of the organisation
- Willingness to undertake training and learning as required
- Practical spray test will be undertaken prior to being offered an assignment.
