We are partnering with a large global manufacturer that keeps the world moving, and they are looking for a reliable, sharp, and motivated Machine Operator to join their team in Northwich. Pay Rate: £14.76 per hour
Shift Pattern: 2-Shift Rota (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
Contract Duration: Temporary (July 2026 - January 2027)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping things moving: Loading the empty bottle unscrambler machine to keep the line primed for filling.
- Packing & Palletising: Placing finished 750ml and 1L bottles into cardboard cartons, running them through the taping machine, and stacking them safely onto pallets.
- Finishing touches: Occasional hand‑capping of products to ensure total quality control.
- Teamwork & Setup: Supporting daily line setups and changeovers to ensure smooth transitions between production runs.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in a production environment.
- Strong attention to detail, basic problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to follow technical instructions or blueprints.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with your team.
- A strict commitment to safety and quality control standards.
