We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast paced production environment where attention to detail, safety, and teamwork are essential.
Job Details
- Job type: Temporary - Ongoing
- Location: Morpeth
- Pay rate: £14.54/hour
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm; Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am (Rotating days and nights, must be flexible with the shifts)
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to our safety and quality standards
- Monitor production output and report any faults or anomalies
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with team to help achieve targets
- Follow all quality requirements as required escalating any non-conformances
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing / production environment preferred
- Must have own transport due to shift patterns
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Good understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment
