Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Account Mapping
- Identify and research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers.
- Map key stakeholders for the top prospects in each industry sector.
- Conduct external benchmarking and competitor analysis to gather market intelligence.
- Become comfortable with Randstad's technology and AI toolkit to research client needs.
- Outreach & Engagement
- Execute sophisticated, multi-channel outreach strategies including phone, personalised email, social media, and video messaging.
- Hold intelligent conversations to expand awareness, educate prospects, and identify new business opportunities.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and market insights to craft data-backed, personalised outreach campaigns.
