Health & Safety Coach (Fixed Term)

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Health & Safety Coach.

The Opportunity

Health and Safety is our number one priority.

Based at our Stockton-on-Tees fabrication facility, you will play a vital role in our safety vision.

You will be expected to advise, encourage, and train colleagues to maintain a safe environment within a successful, sustainable business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one or team coaching on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) issues.
  • Offer hands-on support for Rapid Improvement Workshops, new equipment introductions, and area relocations.
  • Assist supervisors with risk assessments, incident investigations, and the delivery of training packages.
  • Participate in departmental safety and continuous improvement meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience raising safety-related continuous improvement cards and participating in HSE meetings.
  • Confidence to deliver training while mentoring and coaching employees.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage your own workload and time.
  • Preferred: NEBOSH or IOSH certifications.
