We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Loader in a fast-paced, chilled warehouse environment.

  • Night Shift: 10pm until 6am.
  • Full-time hours available, working any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and Bank holidays.

Compensation (Night Rates)

  • Pre 12 weeks: £14.68 per hour. (incl premium)
  • Post 12 weeks: £16.18 per hour (incl premium)
  • Overtime: Paid at 1.5x after 12 weeks.

• Productivity bonus: Up to £100 per week!

Your Role

  • Loading Operations: Playing a key role in the loading of food products to keep shelves stocked for stores around the UK.
  • Environment: Work in a chilled environment (3-5 degrees).
  • Versatility: In downtime, you may be sent picking or on miscellaneous tasks in the warehouse to support colleagues.
  • Quality: Maintain high standards of product quality.
  • What We Need from You
  • Experience: Previous experience in Loading and Picking using MHE.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience using LLOPs/Chariots.
  • Comfort in the cold: Willingness to work in a chilled environment for the duration of your shift.
  • Physical fitness: Ability to lift up to 20kg.
  • Flexibility: Available to work 5 shifts a week, including weekends.
  • Communication skills: Good verbal and written English.
