Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands‑on maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs, painting, fixing fixtures, yard maintenance, and grass cutting.
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials around the site.
- Carry out routine site servicing duties, including waste management and general upkeep.
- Conduct basic equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
- Support other departments as required to maintain smooth site operations.
- Required & Desired Qualifications
- Practical DIY skills and hands‑on experience with basic tools and repairs.
- Good understanding of health and safety practices (Safety Conscious).
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime if required.
- 1+ years of Forklift experience is desired (not essential).
- Desirable: Experience in site servicing/facilities support, basic mechanical knowledge, or First Aid/H&S certification.
