FLT Counterbalance operatives required for AM, PM or Nights available in Desford. In-house licenses are also accepted. Randstad are recruiting on behalf of Caterpillar. Responsibilities:

  • Drive Counterbalance Fork Lift Trucks (Please note, this role is predominantly truck-based, but may require work away from the truck from time to time)
  • Transport materials throughout the facility to the point of use
  • General warehouse duties
  • Manual Handling
  • Use handheld scanners to locate and identify products
  • Conduct pre-operation safety check on your vehicle
  • Decant deliveries and pick parts

Pay Rate and Working Hours:

  • Various hours working on either a 4 or 5 day working week Monday - Thursday or Monday - Friday
  • Friday early Finish
  • Pay rate AM £13.83 per hour, can rise up to £14.58 after 6 months
  • Pay rate PM £16.60 per hour, can rise up to £17.49 after 6 months
  • Pay rate Nights £17.57 per hour, can rise up to £18.52 after 6 months

Requirements:

  • A valid FLT Licence - in-house licences are accepted
  • 6 months Fork Lift Driving experience
  • Health and Safety awareness
