- £16.39 per hour basic rate
- Shift premiums payable on relevant shift patterns
- Excellent overtime rates available
- Shift Patterns (36 hours per week)
- Early: 6:00-13:30 Mon-Thurs, 6:00-12:00 Fri
- Late: 13:30-21:00 Mon-Thurs, 12:00-18:00 Fri
- Nights: 21:00-06:00 Mon-Thurs

Responsibilities
- Supporting the paint and polish of high-quality, high-specification vehicles
- Working flexibly across shift patterns to meet business and customer requirements
- Carrying out additional duties as directed by the line manager
- Following all policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines
- Developing product and system knowledge to support daily workload
- Identifying and reporting health, safety, and environmental issues
Requirements
- No prior experience as a Paint Sprayer or Polisher is required, though a background in Paint Spraying or Polishing is a plus
- Good standard of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to work in a pressurised and demanding environment
- Self-motivated and strong focus on quality
- Good organisational, communication, and manual dexterity skills
- Strong attention to detail
