Onsite Recruitment Coordinator / Recruitment Account Specialist - Randstad Early Shift - 5 days per week (1 day per weekend) - Weekdays 6am-3pm / weekends 8am-5pm. We are also open to discussion for those more interested in a late shift pattern, (1pm-10pm, 5 days per week, 1 day per weekend).

Randstad is looking for an Account Specialist to ensure the smooth running of the operation across our site in Hams Hall, on a key account in the division, Sainsburys. There is a fantastic team of Account Specialists you’ll be a part of, and be responsible for a section of the onsite operation. The role encompasses worker management, alongside aspects of recruitment. You’ll be embedded within the client team, being the face of Randstad to them and the workers onsite, so a service driven mentality, relationship building and problem solving will all be key skills.
