We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher (Year 3 to Year 6) to join a forward-thinking school team. Your Role as an Academic Mentor: As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you are responsible for fostering critical thinking and resilience in students aged 7-11.
- Challenging Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, with a focus on narrowing attainment gaps in Literacy and Numeracy.
- Data-Informed Instruction: Use formative assessment and mock data to identify student needs, providing targeted interventions to ensure no child falls behind.
- Transition Leadership: Support Year 3 students in their move from Infants or guide Year 6 through the emotional and academic journey toward secondary school.
- Parental Partnership: Maintain transparent, professional communication with families to support the holistic academic and social growth of every pupil.
Essential Requirements: To be considered for this Primary Teaching role, you must meet the following:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory (ECTs/NQTs are highly encouraged to apply).
