Year 1 Primary Teacher β January to July (Challenging Behaviour)
We are seeking an experienced and resilient Year 1 Primary Teacher for a long-term position from January to July. This role requires a strong, confident educator who can manage challenging behaviour and provide stability and guidance for a class that requires extra support.
This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a classroom where consistency and strong leadership are key to improving outcomes for the students.
About the role
- Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and assessment
- Work with a class that has a mix of needs, including challenging behaviour, requiring consistent behaviour management strategies
- Implement creative and engaging lessons to inspire and support academic and personal development
- Work closely with the SEN team and other staff to create individualised plans for pupils who need additional support
- Build strong relationships with the children to create a safe, supportive learning environment
