We are recruiting enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated Secondary Teachers for daily and long-term roles at a variety of wonderful secondary schools and academies across the surrounding Cambridgeshire/Norfolk borders. Whether you are an experienced teacher looking to step back from the demands of full-time classroom responsibilities, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) wanting to gain diverse experience across different school sectors and key stages, we can help you find your ideal balance.
Choose the Path that Suits Your Life:
- Day-to-Day Supply: Reclaim your work-life balance. Manage your own schedule, pick the days you want to work, and experience a variety of brilliant local settings.
- Long-Term Placements: Enjoy the stability of staying with one department for a term or a full academic year (covering maternity leave, long-term sickness, or interim vacancies). Get properly stuck into school life, deliver your specialist curriculum, and become a valued part of a local teaching team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS, or a recognised equivalent secondary teaching qualification. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers are equally welcome to apply.
- A strong classroom presence and the ability to effectively manage behaviour in line with school policies.
- An adaptable and proactive mindset, ready to hit the ground running across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).
What Is in it for You?
- Excellent rates of pay, paid weekly (with long-term assignments paid to scale).
- Complete transparency and a tailored service to match your specific availability and career goals.
- A dedicated local consultant with expert knowledge of the Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, and Norfolk secondary education markets.
- A brilliant opportunity to trial different local schools, which can often lead to contract or permanent positions if that is your ultimate goal.
