Randstad Education in Frome is seeking a compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our team on a day-to-day, flexible basis. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEMH, ASC, and attachment needs, using trauma-informed approaches to create a safe learning environment.
You will assist class teachers with tailored activities, act as a positive role model, and coordinate with therapy teams to monitor progress.
