1:1 Teaching Assistant

This role is needed Monday-Friday (Full time): 08:15-4:00pm

This brilliant specialist school is looking for a dedicated Teaching assistant to work across KS1 & 2, the post is full time and the TA would be utilised for 1:1 support. All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
- 6-12 months teaching assistant experience or equivalent (desirable)
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Supporting KS1- KS2 learners on a 1:1, small group and classroom basis
- Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
This role is open to receiving applications over the next week. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
