Key Responsibilities
- Support the Class Teacher with daily classroom preparation, resource management, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Work with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to boost pupil engagement and progress in core subjects like Reading, Writing, and Maths.
- Promote inclusion by supporting children of all abilities, including those with mild SEND or English as an Additional Language (EAL).
- Supervise outdoor play and lunchtime activities, ensuring student safety and encouraging positive social interaction.
- Be a positive role model, fostering the emotional and social well-being of the children.
