Full time: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks £35,163 - £38,008, which could rise to £39,881 - £42,500 for suitably qualified candidates.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding, highly motivated person to the post of Estates Manager. The post holder will lead the site team and be responsible for day-to-day operational management of the school site, managing both planned and reactive maintenance, including liaising with contractors. They will also play a key role in the strategic planning for capital projects and buildings maintenance, and implement the site development plan.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, able to lead a team, have excellent communication skills and be committed to improving the environment for our students and staff.
