This school is renowned for its inclusive culture and exceptional SEN department, making it the perfect environment for an individual who is serious about student progress and professional growth.
It's an opportunity to become an integral part of an elite SEN team. Your presence in the classroom will directly impact their ability to thrive in a high-performing academic environment. Acting as a mentor and academic guide for students with EHCPs, helping them navigate the complexities of the secondary curriculum. Working hand-in-hand with the SENCO and expert teaching staff to ensure every student's Individual Education Plan (IEP) is active and successful. Promoting a safe, disciplined, and high-energy learning atmosphere where inclusion is the standard, not the exception.
Proven Experience: You must have recent, demonstrable experience working with children or young people (Secondary or SEN settings preferred).
SEN Knowledge: Resilience & Composure: The ability to stay focused and calm in a fast-paced school day while managing diverse student needs.
Available for a full-time (Monday-Friday) long-term contract starting immediately. A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to process a new one).
