We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for two secondary-aged students with ADHD. This is a rewarding, long-term temporary role based at a high-achieving secondary school in Upminster. You will be joining a supportive environment where your expertise will directly impact the academic and emotional success of these students.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing specialised support to two students with ADHD, helping them manage focus, organisation, and emotional regulation within the classroom.
Start Date: ASAP.
Compliance: Ideally, you will already hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service to allow for an immediate start.
This role is paid via PAYE (no umbrella company fees) every Friday.
AWR Increase: Your pay will increase to £110 per day after 12 weeks, in line with Agency Worker Regulations (AWR).
Weekly Pay: Reliable income, paid every Friday.
Long-term Stability: This is a consistent, ongoing placement.
