Are you a proactive, resilient educator with a passion for supporting neurodiverse learners? We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for two secondary-aged students with ADHD. This is a rewarding, long-term temporary role based at a high-achieving secondary school in Upminster. You will be joining a supportive environment where your expertise will directly impact the academic and emotional success of these students.

The Role & Requirements

  • Focus: Providing specialised support to two students with ADHD, helping them manage focus, organisation, and emotional regulation within the classroom.
  • Experience: Essential. You must have a proven track record of working with ADHD learners and a deep understanding of the challenges they face in a secondary setting.
  • Start Date: ASAP. We need someone ready to hit the ground running.
  • Compliance: Ideally, you will already hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service to allow for an immediate start.

Pay & Benefits

  • We believe in fair pay for hard work. This role is paid via PAYE (no umbrella company fees) every Friday.
  • Initial Rate: £95 per day.
  • AWR Increase: Your pay will increase to £110 per day after 12 weeks, in line with Agency Worker Regulations (AWR).
