Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, challenging and differentiated educational activities and sensory experiences through the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum to small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
- Begin as a 1:1 teaching assistant and, over 1–2 years, receive training and qualifications to become a member of the teaching team.

- Experience working or volunteering with children or young adults (desirable).
- GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent.
