Key Responsibilities

  • Adaptation: Modifying activities and preparing specific resources to suit the pupil's learning style and needs.
  • Intervention: Delivering targeted intervention sessions to boost progress.
  • Social & Emotional Guidance: Helping the pupil navigate social situations and managing emotional or communication needs.
  • Monitoring: Tracking, recording, and reporting on behaviour and academic progress.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Previous experience working with primary-aged children with SEN (e.g., ASD, communication difficulties, or SEMH).
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with the pupil, staff, and parents.
