Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning and Pastoral Support Teaching Assistant to join our specialist team.

You will help young people with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD thrive in a supportive, structured environment.

You will work with teachers on EHCP/IEP plans, support learning in small classes, and promote a safe, restorative approach.

Term-time only hours—8:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday—and DBS checks will be required.
