Teaching Assistant – Special Educational Needs

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and empathetic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) aged 1-6 years in a primary school in Kirkby. This role offers the chance to play a key role in their education and personal development, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Tasks

Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Education Needs. Act as a positive role model, building strong and supportive relationships with students. Work with the class teacher to support lesson delivery. Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions.
