Role / Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging learning activities for individuals, small groups, and even whole classes.
- Monitoring and celebrating pupils' progress, and providing valuable feedback to teachers.
- Implementing effective, trauma-informed strategies to support our students and increase their achievement.
- Helping create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels safe and understood.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and has a deep passion for working with children with complex needs. You should be skilled in consistent and calm behaviour regulation and have experience with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
