Are you passionate about making a real difference in students' lives? We're seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our supportive Inclusion Team at our secondary school.
Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in the education and personal development of all our students, including those with special education needs and disabilities (SEND). You'll be instrumental in promoting the highest quality inclusion and helping students achieve their personal best.
Pay and Hours
- Salary: £88.92 - £95.00 per day.
- Usual Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
The Role
- Provide in-class support across all subject areas to promote learning and engagement.
- Work with specific students who may be experiencing a variety of learning, emotional, or behavioural difficulties.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
- Build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
About You
- We are looking for a suitably experienced person who is calm, confident, and highly organised.
- You will need to demonstrate Maths and English GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent qualification).
- Good communication skills and the proven ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Experience of working within a school environment or with young people.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
