Position description / Job description
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist with classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide individual and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Prepare and organise learning resources and materials.
- Supervise students during activities and breaks.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.

Requirements
We\’re looking for you, if:
- You possess an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service.
- You have full eligibility to work in the UK.
- You have a minimum of 6 months of UK work experience in an educational setting working with primary-aged children.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You possess patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- You are able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- You have strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Relevant educational qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
