We\’re looking for enthusiastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join an amazing team at a school dedicated to supporting autistic children. Your Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you\’ll be instrumental in creating a positive and effective learning environment:

  • Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support student learning.
  • Student Champion: Provide individualized support, helping students with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
  • Engaging Learning: Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every student.

What We Offer

What We\’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with children with special needs and a desire to make a difference.
  • A collaborative team player, eager to share ideas and work effectively with others.
  • A proactive learner, keen to develop new skills and knowledge to best support students.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Level 2/Grade C or above).
  • A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
  • Access to your own transport.
