About the Role
- Mornings Only: Work Monday to Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm (flexible hours may be considered).
- Jan Start: Start date is January 2024.
- Support for Children with Additional Needs: Work with a small group of students with diverse needs, providing individualized support and creating a nurturing environment.
- Term-Time Only: Work until the end of the academic year (July 2024).
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
- A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children with additional needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
