Join a brand-new independent specialist school, opening its doors in September 2025, dedicated to empowering 30 secondary‑aged pupils (11–16 years) with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Situated in a stunning, recently refurbished residential setting, our school features modern facilities and exceptional resources. You\’ll be part of a robust Senior Leadership Team with a proven track record of excellence in SEMH education.
The Role: SEMH Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to provide high‑quality support to our secondary‑aged students. This is more than a job; it\’s an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to student needs.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
