SEN Teaching Assistant: SEMH Specialist

Company Description: Join a brand-new independent specialist school, dedicated to empowering 30 secondary-aged pupils (11-16 years) with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Situated in a stunning, recently refurbished residential setting, our school features modern facilities and exceptional resources.

The Role: SEMH Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to provide high-quality support to our secondary-aged students. This is more than a job; it\’s an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
  • Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to student needs.
