Join Our West Sussex Team: Primary Teaching Assistant

Location: West Sussex (Various Schools)

Daily Rate: £90.00 – £95.00

Working Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 (Approx.)

Are you a Teaching Assistant in West Sussex looking for a rewarding role in a local school? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for teaching assistant positions across our partner primary schools.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you are the helping hand that keeps a classroom running smoothly. You will be a vital part of the school day, supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What\’s involved?

  • Active Learning: Supporting KS1 and KS2 students during their core lessons.

  • Small Group Work: Leading \”booster\” groups for children who need extra help with Literacy or Numeracy.

  • SEN Support: Providing a patient and supportive presence for students with additional learning needs.

  • Teamwork: Stepping into school teams across West Sussex and becoming a valued member of the staff.
