Your Opportunity to Inspire and Support
As a Teaching Assistant, you\’ll be an integral part of a dedicated team, working within a school that provides vital support to young people aged 5-16. This rewarding position focuses on empowering students who face challenges with their social skills and relationships.
You\’ll collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff, playing a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Our diverse student body of 104 pupils all have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), with their primary needs stemming from social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing:
