The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with EHCPs

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (SEN), particularly in a secondary school setting

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A flexible and proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
