Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant with experience in primary classrooms, looking to explore new schools and take the next step in your education career?

Randstad Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistants for various opportunities across Leyland, starting in September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to children.

  • Assist with classroom activities, including lesson delivery and resource preparation.

  • Help with effective behaviour management.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

  • Deliver targeted support for children with additional needs.

  • Mark and track pupil progress in collaboration with the class teacher.

  • Contribute to school trips, events, and staff meetings.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).

  • Primary classroom experience.

  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to your work.

  • The right to work in the UK.

  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or a willingness to apply (we can assist with this).
