Flexible ad-hoc, part-time, and full-time work across the school week (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to children.
-
Assist with classroom activities, including lesson delivery and resource preparation.
-
Help with effective behaviour management.
-
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
-
Deliver targeted support for children with additional needs.

Mark and track pupil progress in collaboration with the class teacher.

Contribute to school trips, events, and staff meetings.
Requirements:
-
Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent).

Primary classroom experience.

Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
-
A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to your work.

The right to work in the UK.

An enhanced DBS on the update service, or a willingness to apply (we can assist with this).
