Are you a Teaching Assistant in West Sussex looking for a rewarding role in a local school? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for teaching assistant positions across our partner primary schools.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you are the helping hand that keeps a classroom running smoothly. You will be a vital part of the school day, supporting teachers and helping pupils reach their full potential in a fun, fast-paced environment.
What\βs involved?

Active Learning: Supporting KS1 and KS2 students during their core lessons.

Small Group Work: Leading \βbooster\β groups for children who need extra help with Literacy or Numeracy.

SEN Support: Providing a patient and supportive presence for students with additional learning needs.
